Evidence was designed to help you evidence things possed by your clients. Let's say you're running a rental company or you're a landlord. You want to collect information about things that you rented to clients, with information that is important for you. To evidence that information uses the evidence module:

You can add here details about the rented thing, for example, in this case, we're keeping information about what was in the car, when the client comes back we can easily check if everything is there to fulfill the contract.
