You're able to add notes to every client using a specially designed module on a client card. A note is assigned to a user who added. You will be able to see who enters the information and when. In the notes section you will also find all the informations about send emails and SMS messages:

 

 

If there is a message which is important for you you can use a star to highlight it. When the message is starred it will appear at the top of the card:

 

 

Users can edit their notes and they can delete their notes. They are not able to delete or edit other users notes. Admin can manage all the notes in the system
